Wow it appears that it's not only Councils having a right old time of it with virtual meetings.
On Monday 22nd March at 3pm an Extraordinary General Meeting took place for the memebrs of Nominet were they voted to remove 5 of the board of directors.
Now many will probably not have heard of Nominet or wonder why it's even news this has happed.
Yet this organisation impacts most of our daily life in the UK.
They are the organisation who overseas and manages all UK domain names and other things linked to the digital world.
This organisation basically are the UK Internet gate keepers and the removal of the board in this way is rather concerning given the power this organisation holds.
