Formal Complaint of Human Rights infringement

My formal complaint made to Eden council in regards the infringement of my human rights

In the interests of transparency here is the formal complaint made to Eden council in regards the infringement of my Human rights through their actions.

Following the lodging of a complains by serving county cllr regarding a comment on my personal Facebook account expressing my personal views and opinions about the Cllr following a news paper article posted on Facebook about a meeting of the county council cabinet were the article focused in the councillor for flagging up a word in a report.

As an individual I am entitled to the right granted under article 10 of the human rights act to hold and express my personal opinions and views including via social media as long as they are not for example a national se unity risk.

Last time I checked saying a councillor talks 💩 was more a statement of fact than a risk to national security.

Unless I have moved to North Korea and not realised it 👀🤷‍♂️
