The Night Eden Council Executive had a Harry met Sally moment

The night the Eden Council executive had a Harry met Sally moment Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes

On Tuesday evening Eden council executive held a meeting to consider 4 separate nominations of community assets.

the officer had recommended 3 be approved and one refused in what would have been a Vicar of Dibley Yes,Yes,Yes,No moment.

However on the night it appears the executive opted for a Harry met Sally moment of Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes going against the officers recommendation and approving the nomination of Penrith town Hall to the community asset list.

Alongside Clifton Village Hall, Clifton, Well and Clifton Pond that had also been proposed for nomination.

It was a surprise and unexpected but hats of to the executive for doing the right thing on this and agreeing with the nomination put forward and the spirit of it to protect the building for the town and community for the future.

Yes, Yes, Yes, Yes
